Meet the Founder: Tash Topper
Hello Mackay! I’m Tash, the founder of Adept Mobile.
For over two decades, I have worked in senior government administration, managing complex systems, formatting critical digital documents and navigating extensive regulatory frameworks. Over those 20 years, I noticed a growing gap in our local community: as the world very quickly moved completely online, to a vast majority - the everyday systems we rely on became increasingly frustrating, fast-paced, and complicated.
Too often, people are left feeling overwhelmed by tech-tasks, rushed by automated helplines, or stressed out by confusing official applications. I founded Adept Mobile to change all that.
I bring my high-level administrative expertise - along with the absolute privacy, security and trusted integrity of a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) - straight to your dining table. Adept Mobile, my business is built on a simple promise: no jargon, no rushing and no judgment.
I can step in and efficiently get that frustrating tech-task done and finally off your to-do list, or I can guide you step-by-step building digital knowledge that you will have for life, all whilst moving at your pace.
When I’m not traveling out to client homes across the Mackay region, you’ll find me spending time with my family, enjoying our beautiful local Queensland outdoors, or volunteering my services as a JP to help our community.
